Fees
Fees and engagement pricing
How Think System prices financial audit of budget control applications — quote-based for full audits, fixed fees for shorter diagnostics.
How we price
Full financial audits of budget control applications are quote-based. Shorter diagnostics and verification work often use fixed fees once scope is clear. We do not sell subscription packages or tiered software-style plans; fees reflect fieldwork days, sample depth, and entity complexity.
Typical ranges (indicative)
| Engagement | Pricing approach | Indicative starting point |
|---|---|---|
| Budget Control Application Audit | Quote after scoping | From ₩18,000,000 for a single mid-size entity with moderate sample depth |
| Pre-Audit Readiness Review | Fixed fee | From ₩4,500,000 |
| Mid-Year Control Assessment | Fixed package or day rate | From ₩7,500,000 or ₩1,800,000 per specialist day |
| Remediation Verification | Fixed fee per finding set | From ₩3,500,000 |
Figures are guidance for planning conversations in South Korea and exclude travel outside the Seoul metropolitan area, translation beyond a Korean executive summary, and committee presentation time beyond one close meeting. A written fee letter always precedes fieldwork.
What moves a quote up or down
- Number of legal entities and appropriation structures
- Volume of commitment transactions in the period
- Quality and completeness of existing control documentation
- Need for multi-site visits outside Seoul
- Urgency relative to fiscal year-end or board dates
Deposits and billing
For engagements above two weeks, we invoice a 30% mobilisation deposit with the engagement letter, progress billing at mid-fieldwork, and a final invoice on delivery of the signed report. Shorter fixed-fee work is typically 50% on acceptance and 50% on delivery.
What is not included
Statutory audit opinions, bookkeeping, software configuration, and open-ended advisory retainers are outside these fees unless separately contracted.
