Refund Policy

Last updated: 5 August 2026. This Policy applies to paid Think System course enrollments confirmed by invoice or written agreement. Website pricing is informational; payments occur off-site through agreed channels.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 7 full days before your cohort start date (Bangkok time) and you have not received downloadable course packs beyond the orientation PDF.

Timeframe for partial refunds

If you cancel within the first 14 calendar days after the cohort starts and have completed no more than two live sessions, you may request a partial refund of 50% of tuition paid for that course. After day 14, or after a third live session, tuition is generally non-refundable.

Self-paced Path

Self-paced purchases may be refunded in full within 5 days of payment if fewer than 20% of lesson units have been marked complete in our learning tracker. After that threshold, fees are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Third-party exam vouchers, paid cloud credits purchased in your own accounts, printed materials already shipped, and completed private mentoring hours under Studio Mentorship are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@think-system.digital with subject “Refund request”, your full name, course name, payment reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within one business day and decide within 10 business days.

Processing time & method

Approved refunds return via the original payment method when possible, or bank transfer to a Thai account you nominate. Banking partners typically complete transfers within 10–15 business days after approval.

Cancellation by Think System

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full tuition refund. We are not responsible for travel or equipment you purchased independently.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or relocation outside Thailand may qualify for goodwill credits toward a future cohort at our discretion. Credits expire 12 months after issuance.
